PERIOD POVERTY

Did you know that in the year 2019 over 137,000 adolescent females in the UK admitted to not attending school due to not being able to afford Feminine Hygiene Products. The Feminine Hygiene industry is set to be worth $42.7billion by 2022... and with this Period Poverty will only get worse.

BARE has teamed up with Manchester based charity Bloody Good Period. They provide Feminine Hygiene products for women who cannot afford them. We have pledged to donate 100 packs of pads by the end of 2020. £1 of every #NoFilter Package will go towards the purchase of the Feminine Hygiene Products.

Periods are an avoidable part of a woman's life and all women should have access to the necessary products. BARE is a female owned business, this particular issue is very important to us here at BARE HQ.

Together we can contribute to the termination of PERIOD POVERTY
