How long are the BARE products shelf life? 

- The shelf life of all of our products is 12 months.

How long until I receive my order within the UK?

- Please allow 3-5 working days for the BARE Team to fulfil your order and 3 working days for your order to be shipped to you. We are a small but mighty team and always endeavour to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

How long is shipping to USA? 

- Please allow 3-5 working days for the BARE Team to fulfil your order and 7-10 working days for your order to be shipped to you. We are based in the UK, however, we are currently working on a Domestic Shipping option for our BARE Beauties across the pond.

How long is shipping to Australia? 

- Please allow 3-5 working days for the BARE Team to fulfil your order and 7-10 working days for your order to be shipped to you.

Are all your products ethically sourced?

-Yes, always. We make sure our produce is from a responsible supplier. 

How long would you recommend leaving your Pore Refining Face Mask on? 

-We would recommend leaving your Pore Refining Face Mask on for up to 20minutes.

Can Face Skin Hair be used on babies? 

-Yes, absolutely. All its ingredients are incredibly soft on the skin making it suitable for babies and children.

I have eczema, are your products suitable? 

- Yes, all our products are suitable for sensitive skin. 

My BASIC Cleansing Balm is green at the bottom, is this normal? 

- Yes, completely normal. We do not use stabilisers in any of our products and leave our products in their natural form. BASIC Cleansing Balm is packed full of Green Tea Extract and Cucumber Extract, this is what causes the funky colour.
